Biryani masalha

ingredients

1. Chicken meat 750 grams 

2 Garlic-ginger paste 1 tablespoon 

3 Onions (cut into slices) 2 pcs 

4 Red chili powder 1 tablespoon 

5 Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon 

6 Hot spices (chopped) 1 teaspoon 

7 Yogurt 3/4 

8 cups Tomatoes (chopped) 3 pcs 

9 Cardamom 4 pcs 

10 Nutmeg (ground) 1/2 teaspoon 

11 Mint 8-10 leaves 

12 Green chillies 4 pcs 

13 Oil as per requirement 

14 Rice (soaked) 1/2 kg 

15 Hot spices 1 teaspoon 

16 Salt to taste 

17 Curry powder 2 teaspoons 

18 Yellow color 1-2 pinch 

19 Milk 1/4 cup

prepration of chicken Biryani

1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry until light golden. 

2 Add meat, cardamom, garlic, ginger paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped hot spices, tomatoes, nutmeg, jawtri and curd. Add a little water and mash the meat. 

3 Add mint and green chillies and close the stove.

4 Add salt, 8-10 mint leaves, green chillies and hot spices to the rice and boil. Put it in. 

5. Now put half of the rice in the pot. 6 Put the meat and spices on top of it. Put the rest of the rice on top. Sprinkle the curry. 7 Mix the yolk color in the milk and put it on the tail for 8 minutes. Start with raita and salad.

6 garam masalha ( kata sun-hwa ) 1 chaye ka chamcha 
7 dahi 3 / 4 cupp 
8 timatar ( chop kar len ) 3 Adad 
9 alaichi 4 Adad 
10 jaiphal’ jawatri ( pissi hui ) 1 / 2 chaye ka chamcha 
11 podina 8-10 pattay 
12 hari mirchain 4 Adad 
13 tail hasb zaroorat 
14 chawal ( sela bigho den ) 1 / 2 kg 
15 saabit garam masalha 1 chaye ka chamcha 
16 namak hasb zayega 
17  Kewra chaye ke chamchay
18 zard rang 1-2 chutki 
19 doodh 1 / 4 cupp

Tayyar karne ki tarkeeb:
  • Daigchi mein tail garam karen is mein pyaaz daal kar light golden honay tak fry kar len .
  • Gosht’ alaichi’ lahsun’ adrak paste’ namak’ laal mirch powder’ haldi powder’ kata sun-hwa garam masalha’ timatar’ jaiphal’ jawatri aur dahi daal kar bhoonen. thora pani daal kar gosht gala len .
  • Podina aur hari mirchain daal kar cholha band kar den .
  • Chaawlon mein namak’ podeenay ke 8-10 pattay’ hari mirchain’ saabit garam masalha daal kar ubaal len .
  • Aik kinny baqi reh jaye to chaanni mein daal den. ab adhay chawal daigchi mein dalain .
  • es ke oopar gosht ma masalha dalain baqi chawal ooper dalain. kewra chidak den 
  • Doodh mein zrde ka rang mix kar ke dalain 8 minute ke liye dam par rakhen raitay aur salad ke sath shuru karen .
